Welcome to RTS Alliance – where tradition meets transformation.

At RTS Alliance, we are more than just a company – we are a culmination of legacies, dreams, and a deep-rooted commitment to family and community. Our journey began with the convergence of three distinct families: the Rocci Family of NSR Hire, the Till Family, and the Sibosado Family, two indigenous Australian families with rich histories and traditions.

Cody Sibosado

Principle Executive Officer

A Bard man from the Dampier Peninsula in the North West Kimberley region Cody Sibosado is a dual tradesman. He is both a qualified Aluminium Fabricator/Welder and Heavy Duty Fitter. After changing careers as a boat builder in 2011 Cody has worked in the mining and resources industry for the last 12 years completing his apprenticeship with Mt Gibson Iron out on their Koolan Island Mine in 2015.

Through hard work and commitment, he was recognised as a leader within the company and whilst developing his skills and experience as a Heavy Duty Fitter consistently stepped up and supervised the workshop when needed.

It is his goal to be able to mentor and employ local Aboriginal people helping them to gain the skills and knowledge to empower future generations through the business. Cody also aims to contribute to the local economy by involving as many local businesses as he can.

Ashton Till

Business Development Manager

Ashton Till is a Walmajarri and Gooniyandi man from the Kimberly Region. He is a qualified heavy diesel mechanic and heavy duty fitter with over 10 years’ experience working in the mining and resources industry.

Since completing his apprenticeship at Rio Tinto’s Argyle Diamond Mine in 2012, Ashton has worked full-time in surface and underground mining, and has also developed specialist skills in rail locomotive maintenance.

Through the business, Ashton aims to train and employ local Aboriginal people, providing the next generation with positive careers opportunities. He strives to work with other local businesses and bring benefits back in to the community.

Our Roots

The seeds of RTS Alliance were sown when Cody Sibosado and Ashton Till approached David Rocci, the patriarch of NSR Hire, with a vision to establish their own hire and mechanical services enterprise. Their dream wasn’t just about business; it was about crafting a lasting legacy for their families, one that would transcend generations and serve as a beacon of empowerment for indigenous communities.

The Union of Families

David Rocci, deeply moved by Cody and Ashton’s aspirations and recognizing the alignment with his own family values, welcomed the opportunity to join forces. NSR Hire, a longstanding family-operated business with a proven track record spanning over three decades, stood as a beacon of capability and infrastructure. With Cody and Ashton’s dream to establish a separate hire and mechanical services venture, NSR Hire provided the ideal platform—a robust foundation ready to support their aspirations and facilitate the realization of RTS Alliance.

Cody and Ashton’s meeting with Darian, Kendile, and Rafael Rocci marked the genesis of RTS Alliance. What began as a conversation about shared dreams soon evolved into a collaborative endeavor to build something truly remarkable – a joint venture that would blend the expertise and heritage of NSR Hire with the innovation and cultural richness of the Till and Sibosado families.
